Creator of popular web series shows off her Tanka pride
We recently received the tweet posted above from our friend Azie Mira Dungey of the tongue-in-cheek web series Ask A Slave. Ms Dungey, an actress, writer and producer, portrays the fictional character Lizzie Mae -- a housemaid to George and Martha Washington.

"Though this is a comedy, it is my hope to honor the memory of those people who struggled and survived through their uncanny intelligence, their strength, their love, and...laughter." ~ quote from the Ask A Slave website. Read more here: Lizzie Mae

The web series intertwines Native history and issues as well. Ms. Dungey said she is a big fan of our products and we appreciate the support!
