The Food Channel highlights Tanka as unique, healthy product

Tanka Bar is featured in one of The Food Channel's videos from the recent National Restaurant Association Show.

Linda Crider, director of marketing and communications, was at the show and The Food Channel interviewed her about our Tanka products. See the video above.

The Food Channel writes:

"Buffalo and cranberry may not be your typical go-to flavor duo, but the Lakota Indians who developed the combination sure were onto something. The ancestral technique of meat preservation served South Dakota's Pine Ridge Reservation well, and has since evolved into the high-protein, portable Tanka snacks we saw at the National Restaurant Association show this year."
