The ladies of Tanka Bar still going strong with Zumba routine
The ladies of Tanka Bar are still going strong with their Zumba routine every week. So much so that even when there is a Little Wound School game going on that night, they still make time to work out before heading on to cheer on the Mustangs.

I've tried to join them every week but have missed a few days. Some of the group never misses a day and all of us have worked our way up to 45 minutes. I wanted to get a shot of everyone working out. We always work out with the lights out so we can see the projector but I was asked to keep the lights out for the photo above! Just believe me when I say everyone worked hard and it showed on our faces.

However, I posted a funny video clip of some of the ladies' daughters trying out their version of Zumba.

What has been the best part of Zumba is the determination. Everyone encourages each other to keep going and if you can't get a step, you don't stop -- you move anyway. Tonya Hunter, our production manager, said she has been feeling really good since the workouts. I personally have noticed my thighs are a bit sore so I'm guessing that's a good thing! And everyone has reported that they feel energized after a session, which is great considering we do it after work.

Keep checking back with us here to see how we are all doing.
